How to Get THEE Smoothest Legs without Shaving!

I’ve been doing the following for a while now and wow, I must say, it works! Just use any VEET hair removal cream or lotion (I like their Spray On Cream Hair Remover Sensitive Formula with Aloe Vera & Vitamin E and also their Fast Acting Gel Cream Hair Remover Tube with Essential Oils) and leave it on for the few minutes as recommended and then squeegee it off with LE EDGE exfoliating tool instead of the spatula the Veet products comes with. Not only are you removing the dead skin from your legs with the Le Edge but you are removing the Veet along with the hairs. I mean you have to use something to remove the Veet and hair so why not this super close skin exfoliating tool? My legs have never felt this smooth for this long before. Try it! You’ll be a convert.

What’s On Your List for Hair Removal this Season?

Topping mine is my favorite brand to use, VEET. Shaving? Too time consuming. Waxing? OUCH! Tria? Didn’t seem to ward off hair in the long run, so dipilatory creams have become my go-to.

And they just came out with a new product, the  Easy Wax Electrical Roll-On Kit ($39.99 @ walgreens.com). Now I love the creams and as I mentioned with an ouch above, wax? Not for me but I might give this one a shot to see but removing hard wax from my skin is just torture. It’s a plug-in-and-warm-the-wax-up system that contains the wax warmer, wax refill, 24 hair removal strips and 4 Perfect Finish Wipes. And they claim 28 hair-free days. Hmmm, now that last part makes it tempting.

Ones I would recommend that are totally painless and virtually odorless are their Spray On Cream Hair Remover, 2-Step Facial Hair Cream Kit Hair Remover and their In-Shower Hair Removal Cream Sensitive Formula with Aloe Vera & Vitamin E.

Goto veet.us for online locations or just visit your local drugstore.

Back to School with DERMAdoctor, Schick and Veet

Remember the dreaded bathrooms and showers in college? Well, it’s back to school for a lot of people this week so why not get your bod ready too with any of these.

DERMAdoctor KP Duty ($44/16oz @ sephora.com) – gets rid of chicken skin. You know, Keratosis Pilaris? I get it in the fall on the backs of my upper arm and this keeps it at bay and leaves smooooth skin in its wake. It’s like a chemical peel for your body.

VEET Hair Removal Gel Cream ($4.99/5.1oz @ amazon.com) – it may read September on the calendar, but I’m still rockin’ the short shorts so get rid of hair with this no-drip gel that dissolves the hair at the root.

SCHICK Intuition Plus ($9.29/razor, $9.99/3 blades @ walgreens.com) – if the above is not your thing … we featured this one on the site when it came out a few years ago and I don’t think I’ll ever use shaving cream again! As a reminder, this one has 4 blades and the solid formula around it has shea butter, aloe and vitamin E.
