By now you’ve probably seen all the photos of the URBAN DECAY UD / Game of Thrones Palette ($65 @ urbandecay.com, ulta.com) and a lot of you picked it up as it’s sold out on their website! What a stellar collab.

The palette is comprised of the five house names of GOT – House Targaryen, House Lannister, House Stark, The North. I had to ask a GOT friend of mine how to refer to these five names as I don’t watch the show!.

If you are a regular reader of Cybelesays, then you know that I wasn’t blessed with strong nails. I have tried just about every product and pill out there to make them stronger, to no avail. So when I first discovered the world of polish strips and press-ons, I was kinda rocked. The reason I say kinda is that I go through phases with my nails. Like for a few weeks I will be all about them, full manicure and everything, then a few weeks of bare nails. There’s no reason.

Overall, spring is probably my favorite season of the year. If you follow my blog then you know that I am big on storing away winter clothes and then making the big switch each season with pulling out the summer clothes, which is where I’m at right now. Growing up on the east coast, this is what everybody did! Do you practice this?

So each season I need to refresh my clothes with the latest styles and I do it at Target. They have the best variety of offerings when it comes to the season’s styles and a few times a year I pick up a couple different tops and dresses to carry me through. Overall, I've pretty much had a good experience with just about every KAT VON D beauty product I've tried. But this next one really hits the ball out of the park! It's her new Lock-It Powder Foundation ($36 @ sephora.com).

FIRST AID BEAUTY just added five new shades of their Ultra Repair Tinted Moisturizer ($28/1oz @ firstaidbeauty.com, sephora.com, ulta.com, dermstore.com). Since temps are warming up, perhaps a heavy foundation is not in your wheel-well. The formula contains a broad-spectrum SPF 30 and is whipped like a mousse. It meets all the basic requirements for a tinted moisturizer like building up to a medium coverage, so if you’re in the market, this would be a good one to consider, especially if you have sensitive skin as all their products are formulated for it.

This product had quite an interesting launch! Their Unframe the Beauty campaign was launched inside manila envelopes with Confidential written on the outside and given out to peeps attending NYFW this past February. Inside was a liner and a way to vote KEEP or DROP the liner. With some experience under the Flowfushi name in Japan, a successful launch in that region gave them hope for this side of the world.

I was contacted via email and sent a sample of the black and posted some Instagram Stories about it, though I admit, I was kind of confused by the campaign and the voting on it. .

When I first started seeing CBD products and now hemp and cannabis, I thought it would just be a blip on the trend o’ meter but it’s really lasted longer than a blip. With more and more states legalizing it, it’s becoming more than a trend. And with products coming out with it inside and major beauty retailers like Sephora, Neiman Marcus, Barneys and ULTA getting on board, I’m interested.
