There’s a new line of anti-aging hair care product amongst us! The brand is call KERATAGE and they just debuted at CosmoProf of North America in Las Vegas over the summer. What sets them apart from other lines is that the products contain a patented KERNOX technology (a different strain depending on the collection listed below), which is supposed to keep hair young and healthy as it grows out, a blend of essential oils and extracts from the Dead Sea Minerals.

What they seem to have done is break down the hair’s performance in your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s to find the top issues in that age group and then create products to fix them.

There are three different collections to choose from – Nutritious (for very dry/color-treated damaged hair), Shine Booster (for normal/dry hair) and Fortifying (fine/highlighted/thermal treated hair). And each collection is comprised of a shampoo, conditioner, treatment mask, leave-in serum and leave-in cream. So you just have to pick the collection that your hair’s status most identifies with and the products do the rest. Easy! 

This post is more of a "FYI, this is available..." post in that I can't really test the ones I tried out (3 sample sachets from the Fortifying collection) because I don't own a super fine microscope where I can use the products for a few months and then look at my strands up close and give you my feedback, but I can tell you the ones I used seemed to work fine! So there you are, this new line with age-defying ingredients is out!!

The products range from $16.95 to $34.95, so if you are feeling your hair is old or looking like it could use a ... hair life,  this may be a line to try out. Check out more about them @ keratage.com.
