To me, these anti-aging pads seem like hooey, hocus pocus, a scam, but I am here to tell you that they aren’t. I’ve tried a few brands that make these medical-grade silicone pads for the chest and now and this is the latest.

When it comes to my forehead, I get Botox about twice a year and love it. The timing on these was perfect because I’m due for another treatment but my wallet isn’t letting me get it.  

Let’s break down the details of these:

The piece of silicone for the forehead measures 17” x 6” x .3cm thick and the one for the neck measures 15” x 5” x .3cm thick. It sticks to the skin but since the skin can heat up and undo the stickiness a bit, they’ve also included a band to wear over the silicone to keep it in place. Now that’s thinking!

They recommend wearing it for 3-12 consecutive hours and can be worn every day or night for up to 30 days. The brand says you can wear it to sleep but I move around the bed way too much for it to stay in place.

With the experience I had previous with wearing something like this made for the chest, I usually wore it for a few hours leading up to when I was going out and it worked great. The wrinkles totally disappeared for a few hours.  

I was especially excited to try this one for the neck as I’ve noticed quite a bit of aging where my adam’s apple is located and found out the only remedy to fix it is with laser treatments, which run about $700/treatment.

So how did these work for me? I really didn’t see much of an improvement in my forehead, maybe because it moves quite a bit.I’m not sure. I did like it for my neck and it made the area smooth and wrinkle-free for a few hours. While it’s not the most comfortable thing to wear, even with the band, it’s worth the results when you want to look your best.
