IT Cosmetics Comes Out With Major Glow
The temps are officially starting to warm up so the timing of these is great as I’ve had the sun-kissed look on my mind and so does the rest of the beauty world, it seems.
It Cosmetics Confidence In Your Glow
IT COSMETICS Confidence In Your Glow ($32 @ itcosmetics.com, ulta.com) – What It Is: Get the look of an instant all-over vitality-filled glow, plus a boost of brightening and radiant warmth, in one simple step! From the sensorial experience of the fresh orange scent to the powerful vitamin C-infused radiance-boosting and brightening formula, Confidence in Your Glow™ transforms the look of your complexion with high-performance, anti-aging ingredients and talc-free, ultra-luxe pigments. Combined with proprietary Drops of Light Technology™, your skin will feel instantly softer and smoother with a younger, airbrushed appearance! Developed with plastic surgeons and perfect for all skin types and tones, this compact is truly your one-step wonder for your most beautiful-looking skin.
This is your bronzer, blush and highlighter in one compact and you won’t find any glitter or shimmer in them, just a glow, as it includes their Drops of Light Technology inside the formula.
And speaking of the formula, it’s a pressed powder that’s buttery soft and it blends beautifully into the skin. The brand really paid attention to this detail, so much so that out of the 6 or so times swatched these on my arm – inside, outside in the sun - I just couldn’t get good pics as they really blended in seamlessly to give off a natural-looking hint of tint. So hopefully you can get an idea of the colors from them swiped on my fingertips.
Overall it seems like the main difference between the 3 palettes, from what I could tell, seems to be the blush color.
- Instant Nude Glow – this is the sheerest of the bunch. The blush is on the beige side mixed with pink.
- Instant Natural Glow – the middle of the row palette. The blush is more of a pinky color.
- Instant Warm Glow – deepest of the bunch. The blush is a pink coral shade.
They also recommend using their Heavenly Skin One-Sweep Wonder Brush #705 ($48 @ itcosmetics.com, ulta.com) with these to get the best application. I used it a few times but found it a little too wide to use with these. I guess it’s just preference, right?
Is this something on your must have list for the upcoming season?
