I don’t think you could get a shimmery eye shadow on my lids right now if you tried. Well, if you held me down perhaps but I’m just not feeling them these days, along with lip gloss.

That’s why the IT COSMETICS Naturally Pretty Essentials ($28 @ itcosmetics.com and qvc.com) eye shadow palette is so up my alley; it’s all mattes all the time and one radiatingly gorg highlighter.

The formula in the powders contains their No-Tug Technology, which I can vouch for in the form of experience. These gliiiiide over the skin and blend nicely. In this day and age, I would expect nothing less from a shadow.

So if you’re looking for a good basics palette for a good $$ or just need more nude matte shadows, this one might be for you.
