Are MAC's Vamplify Your Lip Gloss Answer? #MACVamplify

I’ve really put the lip glosses down in place of the lipsticks in the past few years but these Vamplify lip glosses from MAC might be changing my mind. They infuse a new colour-boosting technology where I don’t think any gloss can touch it when it comes to color saturation! There are 17 shades available and I didn’t have to apply layer after layer after layer of gloss just to get a hint of color.

And the best part? My lips don’t feel like they’re suffocating, which has always been my issue when it comes to lip gloss. I hate feeling it on my lips but with these Vamplifys, I really don’t. Yeah!

And they also include some oils inside like coconut, sweet almond and avocado, among others. I really feel like MAC is stepping out of their comfort zone when it comes to these and the ingredients, which I don’t think they tout much.

Shown above in Push Some Buttons (intense orange red) and She-Rebel (dark blue-purple). This purple totally reminds me of the Italian Ice I used to eat when I was little. It was soooo purple and used to turn my whole mouth deep grape. Thankfully this one only turns my lips temporarily purple!

And they’ve also stepped up the formula of the 12 Pro Longwear Lip Pencils, shown here in Rebellious (plum) and Cultured (mid-tone nude).

$20 each @ maccosmetics.com and nordstrom.com.
