Juliette Has a Gun AND a New Universal Atomizer!

When I first came across these fragrance atomizers, I was sooooooooooo excited! I got about 6 of them and loaded ‘em up with my favorite perfumes. But the course of a few months, I noticed that the fragrance seemed to just disappear from each of them. I thought they might have spilled but upon checked the interior of my purse with my nose, that didn’t seem to be the case. So I refilled two of them and kept a close eye on both and a short period of time, what I suspected besides spillage was true. It seems that if you put perfume in these, it evaporates and I’m positive that that’s what happened, so they are off my list of must haves. So much so that I really want to just delete them from my website, but I think people should know that perfume can evaporate in them and have noted that in an update to 2 posts that I have on them. What I really liked about these is the way you filled them up. Just click here or above to see. I’m so beauty sad and disappointed, to say the least.

Anyway, I must move on, right? I’ve always been fascinated with the JULIETTE HAS A GUN brand and they just revamped their Universal Purse Spray ($35) so now I have a new one to fall in love with! I have their Purse Bullet Perfume Oil (Roll-on) that was one of my gift picks a few years ago and I still love and wear the Lady Vengeance fragrance that was made to come with it. With this one, it’s a perfumed oil and you slide the glass vial in from the bottom, so I’m sure that inspired this new one.

This atomizer comes with a small funnel and the PR company also sent me the Not a Perfume scent that comes in bottle with a dropper so it’s easy to transfer some of it into the bullet sprayer.

Do all the scents come in this form so they can be used with their UPS? I found that you can get four of their eleven scents in the bottle with the dropper for $50, so that's good!  And this Universal Purse Spray (UPS) sells on there too

The bullet itself is something to look at, dontcha think? It’s weighty, etched on the side and bottom with their logo and just overall, a nicely constructed accessory.

Yes, it seems a tad pricey but wouldn’t you love to receive or give this one as a gift?

And of course I’ll let you know if the perfume goes the same way as the others did from that other brand, I won't even mention anymore. Oi!

And check back for more about my thoughts on the Not a Perfume eau de parfum I showcased here!

So tell me, are you familiar with this brand? Will you try it out after reading this? Let me know in the comments!

In addition to the link above, you can also pick up their full line on @ (you can only purchase on the site in euros) and some of their scents are available @

This seems like a really nifty gadget, and I'll be interested to see if it evaporates like the others did.

Gee, I've been lucky, I guess, because I haven't had noticeable evaporation with my Travalo spray. I love the look of the bullet but it wouldn't work for most of my expensive fragrances because they are sealed. Plus I don't know that I'd want to be bothered with the recharge spray, too. Great looking design though

Hi Jessica, I will totally keep you posted!

Hi Allison, yes, you have been lucky because all of the ones I have - from the roll-ons to the spray ones, have all evaporated! And the bullet is really a nicely constructed! Thanks for reading.

Love this bullet, it's so handy. You don't need the funnel thingy for the JHAG refills as they are in dropper format and can fit in the opening of the bullet. For other sprays I just hold my regular perfume bottle up to the funnel and spray away, works great. So any perfume can be put in this even the JHAG ones that aren't in dropper format.
