I’ve always had a soft spot for lipsticks from the ESTEE LAUDER brand. Like their mascaras, they rarely put out a dud, it seems. So how do the new Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipsticks fare? Click after the jump to find out!

My Take: There's this formula that I love and I’d have to say this Sculpting Lipstick rivals it. When they say it saturates lips with one swipe, they mean it. No wiper blade back and forth on lips with these. And the colors I tried here, Tumultuous Pink (hot pink) and Vengeful Red (blue red) are gorgeous on lips and contain a time release encapsulated moisture complex with Hyaluronic Acid to boost hydration in lips and it really helps. I got a little over 4 hours of wear out of these colors, which is great considering that the finish of these looks like you just applied it satiny.

And I love the tubes. They are EL’s signature navy with gold but they are pretty weighty and have a really strong magnetic closure that makes a click sound when the cap gets close to the base. $30 @ nordstrom.com.
