Seems like a lot of beauty buffs are quite obsessed with Anastasia’s DipBrow and though I have not tried it, I came across one that I think works much the same way – adds color and holds hairs in place, and they claim it will even hold up while swimming in a pool or the beach! It’s CAILYN Gelux Eyebrow and they pack some technology into the formula with what they call 3D Smart Film Former. It’s able to stabilize the pigment powders so they don’t fade over time and once this sets, it’s set for hours. 

The angled brush sits inside the handle, which screws onto the color pot (shown here in the color Mahogany) and what I like about the color is that you can either apply a little for a lighter shade of your color or press harder for a more defined line like showed below.

And speaking of color, when was the last time you saw such a range of shades?
