We have a new beauty box subscription company on our hands. So what makes WANTABLE different?

We create unique customer profiles by asking customers a series of product and personality questions. We then use this data to introduce customers to assortments of products perfectly suited to their personal taste.

Each month our in-house and guest curators hand-pick beauty and fashion jewelry products from hundreds of quality boutique, specialty, and premium vendors to find the best on-trend items. Then we use each customer’s unique profile and purchase history to select the perfect set of products just for them. How do we do it? Some say magic, and it certainly seems that way. We say it’s a combination of talented curators and cool technology. Our customers are unique, so no two boxes are ever the same.

Each box is valued at $80 and up (this one I sampled retails for $91.50) and you can either buy a box on it’s own or subscribe and pay just $36 per month. And if you are not happy with your items, you can return the box, and you can always skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time.

And like similar programs, there is a questionnaire you can fill out on their site so they can get to know your taste and they also ship internationally.

What I like about Wantable is that they have two different programs to choose from, the Makeup Box or the Accessories Box. Since I tried the beauty box, I can only report back on that one and I liked that all the items were Indy brands. I think we get so focused on the MACs and Estee Lauder items out there that it’s nice to try some independent brands as there are so many that need attention too and if you’ve been reading my site for a while you know I support indys!
