Review - Bobbi Brown Sparkle Eye Shadow

After all these years, I’m not sure how the BOBBI BROWN line continuously comes out with products under the “everyone can wear these shades” but they do. I tried some of the Sparkle Eye Shadow colors. So how did they wear? Click after the jump to see!

Bobbi-Brown-Sparkle-Eye-Shadow-all-three-openThere are 7 shades available with the 2 news being the Gold Star (warm gold sparkle) and Lilac (a bright lavender), which are part of her latest Lilac Rose Collection. As you can see from the swatches, these are not a normal eye shadow but more of a lid topper or wash of shimmer on the eye. And by shimmer I mean fine glitter that is quite sparse.

I tried each by themselves with an eye shadow primer and without and it didn’t seem to make a difference in the wear time, which was about 6 hours. Nice for effect but not sure they are worth the $28 each. Check out all the shades @ neimanmarcus.com.
