The SONYA DAKAR line just came out with a line of face masks that use earth-friendly ingredients. There’s the Berry Mask for irritated skin, Green Tea Mask for scared skin, Lightening Mask for discoloration, Mud Lavender Mask for clearing up problem skin and the one I tried, the Berry Mask for overall maintenance. While they are not going to be the super exfoliating, toning and clarifying they use in her salon, I’m sure most of the ingredients are ones they use. And these are good for keeping on hand at home. Each mask doesn’t have any artificial fragrances, parabens, sulfates, or petrochemicals and a contain natural preservative but there is no expiration date. I don’t know what the natural preservative is when looking at the ingredients list so I’ll have to take their word for it. At $72/2oz, it’s a little pricey but think of it as a tie-over from getting a facial once-a-month. @ sonyadakar.com.
