We call this next one, an improvement on perfection. If you have not tried BARE ESCENTUALS’s finishing dust, Mineral Veil, they’ve come out with Hydrating Mineral Veil ($29 @ sephora.com). I wanted to feature this one on the site as a recommendation for those few people I heard about feeling on the dry side after using their Mineral Veil. Like the original, it’s still free of parabens, sulfates and synthetic dyes, and a nice addition to your routine since it is so cold and dry around most of the country right now. Unlike the original, this one is completely transparent so it will work for every skin tone. If you’ve yet to secure a finishing powder in your routine, give this one a whirl.
