As soon as I get home in the evening and know I’m in for the night, I immediately put back the hair and put on the PJs. Using a headband and then pulling the rest into a ponytail is not the most comfortable but it does get the hair off my face. Now I am happy to say I’ve found something better and we’re happy to make their Internet introduction. The TASSI ($14.99 @ tassicompany.com) headwrap will become the only way to comfortably get your hair off your face and neck.

There’s only a two beauty conventions I go to every year looking for the latest debuting on the beauty scene and this was one of the most useful ones I came across. Put the stretch terry cloth band over your head, pull hair through, push it up into the front like a headband and then pull the back up to catch the back of your hair. It’s the most comfortable thing to wear on your head! Use it for everything: getting a facial, putting on makeup, while tanning, showering. Basically anywhere you need to get your hair outta the way. When I received two of the new SUKiCOLOR Fresh Finish Mineral Cream Makeup products in the mail from Ms. Suki, I ran home to try them. We heard about it a couple of weeks ago and were beyond excited to try them. Cream, lotions, butters … I can’t seem to get enough of them. Added to our radar from V’TAE is their new collection of natural body care products and we’re pleased to be the first to bring them to you. The Body Cremes ($16/6.5oz) are each made with 15% Shea butter, 70% certified organic ingredients and are Paraben free (widely used chemical preservative). Each Bar Soap ($11/7oz) is made with Olive oil, Shea butter and essential oils. The “flavors?” Only their best selling scents: Almond Apricot, Lavender, Cherry, Coconut Tangerine and Lemon. That’s it. I’m making a bold stand this season. I’m saying yes to liquid liner! Sure sheer washes of shadow are nice and delicate but nighttime looks beg you to kick it up and what better way than with the six new Liquid Liner shades from URBAN DECAY. I have always liked the ViCTORiA’S SECRET fragrances, especially the men’s cologne. I have worn the Very Sexy For Him Cologne Spray for the past few years and now I’ve got one that I wouldn’t call masculine in any way. It sizzles and has a very appropriate name, Very Sexy Hot! Each of the Body Wash ($15), Sheer Mist ($22), Body Lotion ($20) and Eau de Parfum Spray ($49/2.5oz) blend ripe plum berry, Startgazer Lily, Musk Sandalwood, and Vanilla, among others.
