L’OREAL Infallible Plumping Lip Gloss in Plumped Tawny ($9.99 @ drugstore.com) is a tawny beige with just the slightest iridescent glimmer and has become my goto gloss when making my eyes the center of my look. 

I tried some of these w/o the plumping when they came out and this new one contains a plumper that they say you will feel the tingling when applied. I didn’t feel anything nor did I notice any plumping. I was looking to this for color only and that’s what I got, which is fine with me!

And I gotta say, with all the crappy stiff, low quality, applicators out there, these angled heart-shaped ones are really pleasant. Thanks for the extra step, L’Oreal.

Looking for the quintessential metallic hot pink lipstick? ISADORA Crystal Gloss Stick in Red ($12 @ cosmeticmall.com) fits the bill. Yes, it’s called Red but it is for sure more on the hot pink side.

I’ll have to get my hands on the Bege (beigh) and Marrom (brown) to see if he’s right because this gold one is right on the money. Eyes simply glow with this one. And these are 100% vegan!

Available in eight wearable shades (yes there is a nude one!), you’ll never wonder where the color went with any of these. CLINIQUE Butter Shine Lipstick ($14 @ clinique.com) is such a smooooth feeling gel-formulated, feels-like-a-gloss-but-wears-like-a-lipstick, lipstick and this Bamboo Pink is so YLBB w/ a kick of pink shimmer, I can’t stand it!

Check out this STRiPT Crushed Mineral Eye Shadow in the color Skye ($18/1.5g @ striptmakeup.com). Isn’t it really cool? It looks matte in the container but it has a slight shimmer to it. It can be worn wet or dry for different looks and I really think that the name of this iridescent gray/blue should have called blue jeans. It just looks like a pair of nicely worn jeans.

SEPHORA BY OPI Nail Colour in Mermaid to Order ($9 @ sephora.com) is the most amazing shimmering deep green blue these brown eyes have seen in a long time. And if I put it right up next to TARTE’s Lock & Roll Creaseless Eye Shadow Duo in Tourquoise and it’s a dead ringer. Could this be this seasons “it” color?

It’s quite warm out and has been all week but my lips have been dry something fierce! So I’m glad I had ESTEE LAUDER’s Tender Lip Balm w/SPF 15 ($14 @ esteedauder.com) on hand or on lips. This is more of a conditioning gloss so I’m getting sheer color while I’m nourishing my lips. And this Tender Berry shade is just so now!

This is a perfect product for Quick Pick since it’s such a quick application. SEPHORA Nail Patch in Black Strass ($10 @ sephora.com) is a twinkly black and is part of the new Glitter Collection. I hope they come out with more colors for the Nail Patch (can you believe there are only 5 available??) because they really are the best of the bunch.
