Coming Our Way Preview *Bites*

I was at the Total Beauty Blogging Summit all day yesterday (and today) and we learned about some great new lines coming out, even before the magazines!

So keep your eyes peeled for these new lines hitting stores in the next few months. We've got some samples so I'll keep you posted after we try them out. I'm sure they are going to shake beauty up a bit, in a good way!

Cover Story: ESTEE LAUDER's BeautyBank will be launching the Eyes by Design cosmetics collection on HSN in July.

Wwd RéVIVE SKINCARE has been bought out by Gurwitch Products, which markets the Laura Mercier color cosmetics brand

Yet another celebrity fragrance. Tim McGraw is lending his name to McGraw put out by the COTY brand.

KING OF SHAVES is putting out two women's shave gels. They will hit shelves in Target stores this week.

Untitled1CHANEL has revealed their fall collection and there's gold in them-thar hills. The collection will hit stores in July. And their Holiday Collection is slated for October 2008. Details forthcoming.

TED GIBSON is expanding his line to include bath and body products and home fragrances.

KENRA hair care is expanding its signature Kenra Platinum line by releasing another eight to ten new products in the next two years.

Cybelesays favorite LALICIOUS is retooling the whole line. Not only will the packaging get a makeover but the products will too. Each will be free of parabens and sulfates.

Use_3ACQUA DI PARMA is coming out with a full line of skin care.

CHEMISTRY SALON LABS is a new line of hair care from the makers of Charles Worthington. It is being sold in Walgreens.

In the totally cute department, Gwen Stefani is coming out with a line of fragrances through Coty. Harajuku Lovers will be five fragrances hitting shelves in September.

KERASTASE is coming out with seven new haircare products in 2008.

COTY and Home Shopping Network just confirmed a deal. They will sell their brands on their channel later this spring.

KEIHL'S is coming out with a collection of anti-aging products for the body. Superbly Restorative will drop Superbly Restorative Body Lotion and Superbly Restorative Dry Oil on Earth Day and Superbly Restorative Skin Salve in June.

Keihls_2Phillips and BLISS have teamed up to produce Bikini Perfect, an at-home hair removal system that is set for a May launch.

May will see the launch of DARPHIN's Intral Collection made exclusively for stressed skin. This collection will be comprised of four products, from face serums to face creams.

PROCTER & GAMBLE Beauty is coming out with the Aquacurrent Science collection. Products from their Cover Girl, Oil of Olay, Pantene and Secret will have products under this label that focus on moisture and hydration. They will be available starting in May.

AVEDA will release Green Science skin care, a lineup of plant-infused facial treatment products, in May.

Former model Jennifer Flavin-Stallone is putting out a mineral makeup line called Seriesse International.

LES PARFUMS SALVADOR DALI wants to help keep his spirit alive through beauty. They plan to release a new fragrance with the signature lips on the packaging every year.Dali_3

ESTEE LAUDER is trying their hand at their first woody/amberfragrance. Dubbed Sensuous, it will hit department stores in July.

YVES ROCHER is coming out with an apple-based skin care line called Serum Végétal Apple Oligosides. the six products will target those over 40.

GUESS by Marciano is the third scent in the line coming out next month.

AVON is partnering with Emanuel Ungaro to launch U by Ungaro for Him and Her in August.

NEUTROGENA is focusing on their color line in 2008. Launching this summer is a mineral foundation, concealer and Lip Soothers, shown here.

CLARINS is expanding their men's collection with two aftershaves and a sunblock this spring.

Coming Our Way *Preview* Bites

A new men's line is hitting shelves in mid-April at Neiman Marcus. The Alford & Hoff line will be made up of seven products including a serum and shaving cream.

Nexus is releasing a few new products next month: Sleek Memory, for straight hair, 360 Volume, Alluring Curls, and Humectress Luxe. They will be available in drugstores nationwide. 

Boss_3P&G is hitting the scene with Boss Pure in April. This "fresh" scent is for men.

Spa Facial Collection from Lisa Hoffman is an at-home 10-step professional spa system. It's designed to cleanse, treat and hydrate the skin and will hit stores in April.

File under wow: Clinique debuted on the QVC channel this past Sunday and sold 41,000 untils and six of the items sold out.

Hermès is coming out with Un Jardin après la Mousson in May.

In April, GUERLAIN is coming out with a $35 mascara called Le 2 de Guerlain. It's a two-brush mascara "powered by space-age polymers."011808_06_2_2

Jean Paul GAULTIER is trying his hand in the skin care and color cosmetics made just for men. The line will be called Monsieur and available also in April.

VERSACE Pour Homme, the counterpart to their fragrance for women, Versace, will hit the US marketing in August.

The KERASTASE hair line is coming out with a three-product system to address those with color-treated and highlighted strands. Réflection Chroma Riche will complement their line Réflection, which is specifically for color-treated hair. The trio of products will be available in salons in February.

Complexions by Dr. Watts is an 8-product line that will launch on HSN as an alternative to plastic surgery.

Comme des Garçons will be putting out their first fragrance called 8 88 in March.

Ralph Lauren is set to come out with another fragrance, this one aimed at teens. Ralph Wild will hit stores in mid-February.Untitled1_4

The Sonya Dakar Body Line is making its debut of 6 products in February.

French surfwear brand, Oxbow, is trying their hand in the fragrance category. It will be released in France in March and worldwide this summer.

SHiSEiDO is coming out with a line of skin care to address postmenopausal skin called Benefiance NutriPerfect. The 20 product collection will debut in February 2008.

Untitled1_2DiOR is coming out with a 4-unit anti-aging line to be sold exclusively at Macys stores starting this weekend. Capture R 60/80 XP targets women 35 and over and is based on their Stemsome technology.

DOLCE & GABBANA will be launching The One for Men in March 2008.

CVS is opening their biggest store yet in Manhatten and with it is the debut of their exclusive line, 24.7 Skincare. The 5-item anti-aging line is also available @ cvs.com

Dermatologist Gary Goldfaden is coming out with a line of skin care based on the benefits of red tea called GOLDFADEN. The 18-piece line is available on their site and will launch in Fred Segals in January.

ANTHONY LOGISTICS has created a seven piece product line, Action by Anthony for Men, exclusively for Barneys.

Sephora_2THIERRY MUGLER will come out with a cosmetics called The Art of Metamorphosis, and five fragrances, grouped under the Miroir, Miroir name. They all fall under the brand Dare the Metamorphosis.

The SEPHORA brand is launching a bath and body line this month. It will consist of six products in seven different scents.

Upscale lingerie brand, LE MYSTERE, is about to launch Le Mystere Skin, a four product skin care line.

Sonia_4SONIA KASHUK is diving into the mineral makeup category with their first release next month, Sheer Magic Mineral Face Palette, and will include a concealer, powder blush and powder foundation. Each is container is stackable and portable.

BY TERRY is introducing a 15-unit VIP Expert skin care line later this month exclusively at Sephora locations.

DERMALOGICA is launching a full 8-unit men's line called Shave Collection.Bb_3 The new additions will accompany their already existing Close Shave Oil and Clean Bar products. They will be available in their spas and salons in Feb 2008.

The BOBBI BROWN line is putting out a foundation just for you normal to oily skin types with their new Moisturizing Cream Compact Foundation. It will be available in 19 shades later this month for $40.

The MODE COSMETICS line is expanding into the skin care category. The products will be available at healthfood stores, supermarkets and boutiques nationwide early next year.

Use_2London-based SANCTUARY SPA is set to roll out 19 body products in Target stores in October. The line will retail between $6.99 to $17.99.

Space NK will be the exclusive US carrier of the UK skin care brand INA. The cornerstone of the line is White Gold Crystal Salt sourced from the Himilayan mountain region. They claim the crystals have the same electromagnetic frequencies as the human body, creating a natural resonance that allows them to penetrate cell walls and be metabolized.

MAC has a new fragrance due out at the end of November. Air of Style will be part of the brand's Stylistics Collection for the holidays.

MICHAEL KORS is coming out with a limited edition fragrance, Island Capri, this fall.
Use22 brands will be putting out exclusive holiday offereings through the Sephora chain. Some of the brands will be Benefit, Ojon, Stila, Bare Escentuals, and Make Up For Ever. They will be on their website and in stores in October

Merging ancient botanicals with today's biotechnology is what ANTIQUA PRIMA is all about. This new line of skin care will roll out their 16 products by the end of the year.

Keisha Nash-Whitaker, wife of Oscar-winning actor Forest Whitaker, is partnering with a celebrity makeup artist to put out a line of Lip Glosses called KISSABLE COUTURE. The collection will be out this fall and they will added lipsticks and plumpers next Spring.

Disney is debuting a High School Musical Fragrance this fall.

German beauty giant, COSNOVA will makes its US debut in mass market Kiss_3stores They have two brands under the umbrella: Essence, a cosmetics brand for the younger set between the ages of 14 to 22, and Catrice, a cosmetics line for a more sophisticated consumer ages 30 to 45. Beauté Initiale is CHANEL's new skin care line aimed at twenty and thirty-somethings. The full line will be available in September.

CHANEL will debut it's new twist on their classic No.5 . The No. 5 Eau Première, which the house is calling a fragrance "essence," will hit shelves in October.

The LACOSTE brand is just launching Lacoste Elegance for men - a full line of cologne, after shave, shower gel, deodorant, and eau de toilette.

Tokyo by Kenzo is the latest scent coming out in September by Perfumes Kenzo. Insprired by the city's neon lights and nature for the juice, packaging and advertising.

The CLARINS Group is introducing a new line of skin care called myBlend by Dr. Olivier Courtin and will compete with higher-end brands like La Mer, Sisley and La Prairie. This collection will address not only your skin type but your age and issues that come up within your age group. Launches nationwide on September 15.

To celebrate 50 years, the GIVENCHY line is relaunching Les Parfums Mythiques, a collection of six women's scents and four men's fragrances, some of which had previously been discontinued. We loveMmmmmmmmmmmm_2 updated classics!

A lot of mass market companies are jumping on the mineral makeup bandwagon. New collections from WET N' WILD, E.L.F., JANE, MIRAGE COSMETICS, NYC NEW YORK COLOR and PRESTIGE COSMETICS are rolling in 2007 and 2008.

YSL BEAUTY is introducing Elle Yves Saint Laurent, a woody floral scent targeting women aged 25 to 35. It will debut in Europe this fall and available in the States in 2008.

PRADA is coming out with a new scent, Infusion d'Iris, this September072007_p4b

MD SKINCARE is rolling out four new face serums under the Hydra-Pure Radiance Renewal Serum umbrella. Each containing their Hydra-Pure Chelating Complex, which we wrote about a few weeks ago. These will be available this fall.

French skin care line, INSTITUT ESTHEDERM, will be launching their highly successful Osmo Cellular Care in the US at the end of August.

Vs I have always liked the ViCTORiA’S SECRET fragrances, especially the men’s cologne. I have worn the Very Sexy For Him Cologne Spray for the past few years and now I’ve got one that I wouldn’t call masculine in any way. It sizzles and has a very appropriate name, Very Sexy Hot! Now here’s a collection I’m really excited about! Clothing designer Cynthia Rowley has teamed up with Avon for a fashion-forward color collection coming out this fall called CYNTHIA ROWLEY FOR AVON. This collection is all about layering rich colors that are subtly sultry and sexy. Lisahoffman According to today's WWD, the LISA HOFFMAN (wife of Dustin Hoffman) line is expanding. The line started as a full collection of anti-aging products, "Night and Day" 24 Hour Skincare, and they are moving into a spa body collection comprised of bath and shower products. Look for these to hit shelves in September 2007. Also to come later this year is a fragrance collection.

Aquafina_2 The Aquafina line (owned by Pepsi) is branching out into the world of skin care to bridge the world of beauty and wellness. According to Brand Week, they will be coming out with a line of 10 products called Advanced Hydration RX in August.
