It’s October so it’s officially Bath Season! And this year it comes with a brand new to me line called POETRY BATH. What a unique name, huh? The Founder, Tammy Parker, created the line as she found herself time and time again blending her own natural ingredients when drawing a bath so she decided to put out a line and she includes a poem with each product. How unique! I’ve read the poem that came with her Immersion Therapy Verse 2 every time I’ve sprinkled some into the bath. I feel like it’s getting me in the mood.

The line is broken up into two collections, Verse 1 (citrus with notes of sandalwood and jasmine) and Verse 2 (mint and balsam with a hint of grapefruit) and she’s expanded to body lotions, candles, body oils and a sugar scrub.

And Ms. Tammy is no softy when it comes to the quality inside her products. I mean, look at the ingredients of the aforementioned Immersion Therapy Verse 2 Aromatic Bath Salts - magnesium sulfate, bicarb, non-fat dry milk, organic jojoba oil, essential oils of pink grapefruit, peppermint, eucalyptus, fragrance. And I love that there is no skimping on the packaging with the heavy glass jar it came in. If you’re a bather, this is a product and line to consider.

The great thing about this time of year is that it’s bath season! And there’s no better way to de-stress, re-center and pamper yourself than a nice hot bath. To welcome the season, I poured some of HONEYCAT COSMETICS’ Meow Mojo Magic Rose & Lemongrass Bath Salt ($20/16oz @ honeycatcosmetics.com) into my bath tonight. This one is made with pink bolivian sea salt, sweet almond, macadamia nut and grapeseed oils, and rose, lemongrass fragrances.
