Fall Cheek Pick – Lorac Pro Powder Cheek Stain

A stain. So many product claim to be stains as in what KoolAid does to your lips after drinking too much of it. And I looooove a good stain but too many product claim to be stains but in the end are not. Would I call this LORAC Pro Powder Cheek Stain a true stain? Click after the jump to find out.

Available in 5 shades, this blush is a double dutier, in that is has some great anti-oxidants like vitamins A, C, E and pomegranate, green tea, white tea, grape seed extract, among others. But I often wonder, while these ingredients sound great on paper, how much do they really benefit the skin? Something to make you go hmmmm…

So back to the formula – it’s very smooth and this for sure falls under the use and easy hand when applying it as it is quite pigmented, which I love in an eye shadow but not so much in a blush because I always end up taking half of it off.

So is it a stain? I’d say no as these two colors I tried always looked like they sat upon the skin like any blush would normally do, while a stain really becomes one with the skin. But does it affect my like of these? Not one bit. The colors are beautiful on the skin and while I didn’t test them for the full 12-hours they claim to wear for, I got an evenings worth out of them, which is good by me.
