Lippy – British slang for someone who makes impertinent or cheeky remarks.

The BUTTER LONDON nail line just came out with some Lippys that match some of the polishes as part of the Spring/Summer 2012 collection.

As far as the consistency goes, it’s a cross between a gloss and a lipstick or a super pigmented liquid lippie and I likey. The colors are really workable as I don’t think there is a clunker in the bunch. Just see the swatches below and their corresponding nail lacquers.
