Woo-hoo, love a product for something I only recently been doing – lining the water line or the inner rim of my eye. BARE ESCENTUALS Buxom Insider Eyeliner ($14 only @ sephora.com) is the answer to putting on a little color in the inside rim of the eye. And the formula contains some antioxidants, vitamins, no parabens, phthalates or sulfates.

The color applies easily with absolutely no tugging or skipping. So, the big question here is, how long does it stay in the waterline? While there is no claim for how long it lasts, I put a couple of good swipes on at 4pm and it stayed consistent from one end to the other until about 7pm. It bled a little bit to the lower lash lid, which was fine since it gave little color to that area. There has to be a reason why they are not waterproof, right? Overall, I give them a B because I think the formula can be reworked.
