I can see that is going to me a must have!!!
And the compact is just "beautiful" owwwww. I can't see one color that I wouldn't want or use because they are as you said "flattering!" Thanks Cybele <3

I do makeup for a dance school so it's important that I have the most colors I can get. The Sephora Blockbuster saves me a lot of room and makes it easier for me to carry my makeup. I just bring this, and a couple more things then that's all I need for a recital.

I love the neutral soft tones on the Color Link Pallette!

Total agreement with Fay! Those colors are just stunning!

Such stunning colors! I also agree with Fay, I could probably use that just to do my entire makeup routine.

The Hourglass pallette looks great. I've never tried their products before.

Tarte was correct naming their product "The Vanity" ! Now the main thing that I have on my makeup table is "The Vanity"! I can use the blushes, the shadows, and the lip colors but I also use the Hourglass Link Pallette. They’re my favorites and they’ve been on me every day!

I’m planning on getting a Blockbuster so I can have so many colors to choose from for all those holidays that my grandchildren dress up (there’s more than just Halloween)! Then I’d give the Hourglass one as a stocking stuffer for my daughter. It’s great how there’s a black and a dark brown, that could easily be used as an eyeliner or maybe to change day to night with a soft eye for work into a smokey eye at night.

Hourglass Color Link Palettes are really beautiful, and they look even better in person! The "book" that the palette comes in is gorgeous- probably the prettiest palette packaging I've ever seen.

I have the Tarte Vanity Palette and it is packed!! but right now I'm going through a "neutral" phase and those are very bright. I tried, but it's been so long since I've done bold colors, I felt so klutzy, lol!!

The Tarte palette looks amazing...I'd never used their cosmetics before, just the Lip Frxtion, which I loved. Then, I got a sample of Clean Slate, their primer, and wow! I like that it feels a little lighter on my skin than the Smashbox primer, though both are very good...I'll definitely be checking "The Vanity" out! Thanks for the review :)

One thing I have to say about the Vanity and the Blockbuster, whoever came up with those assortments of colors is a genius and officially my hero! I look back and forth at those colors and the picture that I get in my mind is me swimming in a pool of colors, moving from the cold to the warm tone, then I leave the pool and my face is perfectly done!! I know I have a rather hyperactive imagination but that seems to act up the most when I am around makeup like these two :)

I was gonna do a post like this one too, but I forgot haha! I've been going back and forth trying to decide if I wanna get the blockbuster pallete or not. I really want to get it and do a review/swatches. I love Tarte's little palletes, they're so addicting like bite sized candies!! I've never heard of Hourglass cosmetics but I'll have to check them out. I LOVE that packaging, and those colors are very pretty and look like they might be flattering on me.

I have seen the Sephora Blockbuster and thought that I had to have it. I love all of the colors and looking at it makes me feel like a giddy little girl. Then I realized that I would NEVER be able to use all of that in a year (the time I allow before I dispose of cosmetics for safety reasons). What do you think about that? Do you think cosmetics like this - that are "open" would last longer by any means like say refridgerating it? Or cleaning the tops of the products every month? Do you have any recommendations for making makeup last LONGER THAN A YEAR? The answer to this may sway my purchasing decision for this delicious product..

I definitely would like to have the Tarte palette! Never tried this brand but I heard good things.
I am not sure about the Sephora blockbuster. I do have a smaller Sephora palette, the Fever palette. The eye shadows are really good and great to experiment with. The lip glosses, however, are as hard as the hardest lip liners I have ever felt. I had to scrape them out with a toothpick to try them out. Needless to say, I don't use them.
