Have You Declared Your Signature Scent?

Tova Read this and then go and stand in front of where you keep all your fragrances. Look at them closely and think about each one and ask yourself, “Does this fragrance stand the test of time?” For me, TOVA Signature Eau de Parfum Spray ($43.80/3.3oz @ qvc.com) is one that does. It’s a blend of bergamot citrus, jasmine, lavender on a base of sandalwood and musk. It really is a great choice for a signature fragrance. Now I have been wearing this one for the past 10 years or so and they just re-packaged the scent last year and the reviews on qvc, where it is sold exclusively, have not been that favorable. See, the fragrance is made with 28.5% essential oils so this one lasts on the skin but I guess the new blend does not last and it’s just not the same. I wonder what changed? Maybe it needs to be layered with something like her Signture Smoothing Body Balm ($24.98/4.2oz), which is how I have been wearing it. Or with the signature lotion or body wash. Care to share with us what your signature fragrance is? Let us know in the comments!

I've worn the same perfume for years (Hane butterfly). Don't know if that counts as a signature scent.

My signature scent is one that I got in southern France a couple summers ago. It's called Belle du Nuit, made by a perfumerie called Fragonard. I love it. And even better - no one here has it so it's unique.

I'm so indecisive when it comes to perfume- I go to the store and eventually my nose gets overwhelmed and I have to leave! Consequently I've been a Ralph Lauren Romance Girl but I think that I want something a little more mature....
