DAZZLE DRY really surprised me when I polished my toe nails I was able to put my shoes on with out damage it dries so fast all the way through it is amazing

Hi Deco Diva - they are relatively new to us too. The quality is nice and all their polishes are non-toxic line contains zero Formaldehyde, Toluene or (DBP) Phthalate.
As far as being chip resistant, use a good base coat and your polish won't chip!!
